Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 65446, made in 1882, delivered on 29 June 1883 to Merrick Walsh & Phelps, St. Louis. Very fine 18K pink gold hunting case, keyless minute repeating watch, with dial a legende.

C. Four body massive "bassine et filets", polished, the cover engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with letters of the name: "R.I.C.H.A.R.D.L.E.W.I.S. in place of hour chapters, and sunk subsidiary seconds, the chapters for hours are repeated in small Arabic numerals outer the minute ring. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 19 " ' nickel plated, "fausses cote" decoration, 29 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Minute repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed cuvette and movement. Diam. 53 mm. Accompanied by Extract from the Archives.
