Electronic with automatic time-setting by radio and an electronic bondage system built in such a way, in case of chop in voltage of the external battery of 10% of its nominal value, the outgoing impulse will be set off and memorised as long as the voltage drop is not greater than 25%. As soon as the external battery voltage reaches the necessary level, the polarised impulse will catch up the time lost at an accelerated race and the programmer relays will instantaneously regain their programmed position in function of the actual time.
