Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer. Accompanied by the extract from the archives and a Patek Philippe fitted box.

Three-body, solid, polished curved spider lugs, inclined bezel. Matte silver with painted baton indexes and Arabic 12 and 6 numerals, outer minute and 1/5th second track with 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outermost tachometer scale. Yellow gold feuille hands. Cal. 13''', rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance , self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator.
