PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 1588 PINK GOLD Patek Philippe & Co, Genève, movement No. 972839, case No. 661359, Ref. 1588. Made circa 1945. Very fine and rare, rectangular curved, 18K pink gold wristwatch with a later 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted box.

Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, cornice-shaped sides, curved lugs, snap on case back. Silver with applied pink gold Roman numerals and triangular indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold baton hands. Cal. 9```90, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator.
