PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 2292 PINK GOLD Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 843539, case No. 678945, Ref. 2292. Made in 1954, sold on March 12, 1955. Very fine and rare, rectangular, "bombé", 18K pink gold wristwatch with an 18K pink gold bracelet with "clous de Paris" decoration.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, faceted sides, two-facet crystal. Matte silver with applied pink gold faceted baton indexes. Pink gold baton hands. Cal. 7'''-70, oval, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
