The Extract from the Archives, dated September 19, 2019, mentioned that this watch was sold on March 11, 1948. 

This reference is launched in 1947 and remained in production until the late-1940’s. This rectangular-shaped watch is fitted with the Cal. 10-200.
The majority in yellow gold, more rarely in rose gold.
The watch is fitted with the Cal. 10-200. 

Patek Philippe, Reference 2425 
Around 60 examples were produced.
 The watch is so-called “Skater” by collectors.
