Two-body, solid, brushed, screw-down case back, flat band, stepped bezel, recessed crown, lapidated curved and straight lugs. Matte silver with applied baton indexes, engraved dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, aperture for the date. White gold bâton hands. Cal. 27-460, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped with the seal of Geneva quality mark, 37 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronisms and five positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, shock absorber, 18K gold rotor.

Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 35 mm. THICKNESS 11 mm. REFERENCE 3445 was the first simple calendar wristwatch made by PATEK PHILIPPE. It was in production for 20 years from 1961 to 1981. According to our research, only nine other examples of the reference 3445 in platinum are known to have appeared on the open market, three of these have diamond set dials.
