PATEK PHILIPPE REF 3473 YELLOW GOLD Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1112284, case No. 2629720, Ref. 3473. Made circa 1964. Very fine and very rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch.
Three-body, solid, polished, screw-down case back, ridged stepped wide bezel, curved lugs. Matte silver with applied yellow gold bâton indexes, subsidiary second dial. Blued steel lozenge hands. Cal. 27-460, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 37 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 18K gold rotor.
