The Patek Philippe Ref 3483, introduced in 1963, features with stainless steel case, manual-winding Caliber 27 SC , screwed-down caseback and is noted for its angular, down-turned lugs and large f lat bezel. Due to its stainless steel construction, a less common choice for luxury watches in 1960s, making it a rare find today. Exclusivity is further highlighted by its short production run, believed to be only a few years, making it a highly sought-after collectible among watch enthusiasts.

The presented example remains in excellent condition, with strong case and original silver sunburst dial, hard enamel signature. It comes with an Extract from the Archives, dated February 9th, 2023, which records the sale of this watch on March 4th, 1966, adding to its historical charm.
