Made in 1968 especially for IOS and presented to their best clients, members of the IOS Million Dollar Association, sold on December 5th, 1969. Fine, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an integral 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet "à petites mailles". Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe IOS box and the extract from the archives.

Black baton hands. 23-300PM, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating blued steel Breguet balance spring.
