Notes

Part of the rare second series of the Jumbo Nautilus known as reference 3700/11, which was produced from 1982 to 1990 (scholars estimate only about 1300 examples produced), the extract mentions that the original case number was exchanged to the current one in 1982 but as the watch was sold in May 1982, it is most likely that the case was exchanged by Patek Philippe even before it was first sold or very shortly after.
Kept in pristine condition with a mint dial, case and bracelet, definitely an example for the most discerning collectors of Nautilus.
