Bought new at Ziggerli & Iff, the famed Patek retailer in Berne, this is an extremely rare version of the 3700 in yellow gold and fitted with a diamond index dial as confirmed by the certificate of origin. Having recently been serviced at Patek, the watch was cleaned and service as well as having the dial and hands swapped. One of the rarest 3700's gold (for another rarity, reference 3700 retailed by Beyer, see lot 228)
