Extemely fine and very rare, manual winding, 18K yellow gold, diamond wristwatch with an integral 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet set with 60 baguette diamonds and 116 round diamonds. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives and factory box.

Two-body, polished and brushed, the bezel set with 24 round white diamonds and 4 baguette white diamonds, snap-on case back, bracelet sapphire crystal. Entirely pave-set with diamonds, baguette ruby quarter- hour indexes. Yellow gold and black dauphine hands. Cal. 215, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped with the seal of Geneva quality mark, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber.
