Property of an Important Hong Kong Collector

We are honoured to present this exceptional Patek Philippe Reference 3970 perpetual calendar chronograph, a horological masterpiece meticulously preserved for over three decades by a discerning Hong Kong-based collector. A true ‘time capsule’ example, the timepiece is offered in an unpolished state, with the case retaining its sharp and well-defined angles. The hallmarks stamped on the sides of the lugs remain exceptionally deep and original. Most importantly, the original dial remains in exceptional condition. The present lot is further accompanied by its Certificate of Origin dated 1991, original fitted presentation box, sapphire crystal and solid gold casebacks, 3970 promotion leaflet, and all related booklets.
