Patek Philippe Reference 3998 This reference is launched in 1989 and remained in production until around 2005. The watches are sold in a variety of materials (18K yellow, pink or white gold and platinum), with gold, platinum, diamond-set or sapphire-set indexes, on metallic colour, ivory colour or black dials. In 1993, a limited edition of 150 pieces is made for the 150th anniversary of Garrard in London, “The Crown Jewellers”, with 18K pink gold case and velvet pink dial with 11 Breguet pink gold indexes.
