Very fine and rare manual-winding, round-shaped 18k yellow gold wristwatch, silver dial with Breguet indexes and blued steel skeleton radium hands.

Belle et rare montre en or jaune 18k (750). Boîtier rond. Cadran argent avec chiffres « Breguet » appliqués or. Petite trotteuse à 6h. Aiguilles acier bleui luminescentes. Mouvement mécanique manuel.
