Very fine, two-time-zone, 18K white gold lady's wristwatch with 3 cabochon sapphire-set crowns and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted box, Certificate of Origin, and an additional blue alligator strap.

Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, stepped ribbed bezel, concave lugs, sapphire crystal, the crown at 3 is for time-setting and winding, the pusher at 8 activates the local time jump-hour forwards by one hour at a time, the second pusher at 10 activates the same hand backwards. White with applied white gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds at 6 and the 24-hours second time zone at 12. Black oxydized gold feuille hands, white gold hand for the second time zone. Cal. 215 PS, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Glucydur Gyromax balance, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring.
