Notes

Property of the original Swiss owner
Released in 1998, the Patek reference 5070 was a big surprise to the market when launched as a new simple chronograph almost 4o years after their previous release. Cased in a large 42 mm case, it was available in 3 versions only: yellow gold with black dial, pink gold with silver dial, white gold with silver dial. The yellow gold was the only version to feature a striking black dial and was made for 4 short years between 1998 and 2002. Equipped with the Lemania based 27-70, this example was only worn a few times and apart from a very few light surface scratches has been kept in close to new condition and has never been polished as reflected by the sharp step-down lugs and the gold hallmarks.
