Notes

Introduced in 1998, the Patek Philippe reference 5070 made a significant impact on the market as a new and simplified chronograph, breaking a nearly 40-year gap since their last release. Encased in a generous 42mm size and equipped with the Lemania-based caliber 27-70, it was offered in only four versions: yellow gold with a black dial, pink gold with a silver dial, white gold with a silver dial, and platinum with a blue dial.

The yellow gold variation was the first model in this reference, which stood out with its contrasting black dial and gold inscriptions, featuring yellow gold Arabic numeral indexes and hands that created a perfect contrast. It was produced for a brief period of 5 years, from 1998 to 2002.
