Very fine and very rare, self-winding, water-resistant 18K pink gold wristwatch with cloisonné enamel dial and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle set with 29 round diamonds. Accompanied by a fitted box, Certificate of Origin, and booklets.

Multi-color cloisonné and miniature enamel depicting water lilies and koi carps. Pink gold dauphine hands. Cal. 240, stamped with the SEAL of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 22K gold micro rotor mounted on ball bearings.
