Each wristwatch of this limited series was accompanied by a solid hand engraved silver coin representing the dial and back cover of the watch and bearing the inscription "In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the exceptional relationship between Patek Philippe and Tiffany & Co." It was produced as follows: 150 pieces in yellow gold; 150 pieces in white gold; 150 pieces in pink gold.
