Notes

Produced as the successor of the retrograde perpetual calendar reference 5059, the 5159 was launched in 2007. Following a special order from a VIP client, Patek Philippe produced under a special reference 5160, a lavish hand-decorated version made in very limited numbers. Its case, lugs, bezel, crown and even dial are all hand engraved giving it its distinctive look.
