To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Aquanaut and update the collection Patek Philippe introduced two new models to the collection; the reference 5167A and the 5165A.
The present watch, being the reference 5165A, is fitted with a 38.8 mm. case and was effectively the direct replacement of the reference 5065A.
