Notes

Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 40 mm. THICKNESS 14 mm. This reference was introduced at the BASEL WATCH FAIR in 2012, replacing the brand's iconic REFERENCE 5004 split-seconds chronograph perpetual calendar model. It houses the completely new in-house chronograph movement with the addition of the split-seconds and perpetual calendar functions, Caliber CH 29- 535 PS Q . This present example has the first generation dial configuration used for this reference (5204P-001); namely with the luminous white gold markers and black-oxidized hands with Superluminova creating a stark contrast for maximum visibility even in the dark. This iteration was replaced with the REFERENCE 5204P-010 (opaline white dial) and 5204P- 011 (opaline black dial) two years later. Hence making this present lot a highly sought-after piece for true PATEK PHILIPPE collectors.
