Launched in 2011 and produced until 2017, the Patek Philippe Reference 5216 is an exceptional timepiece, ranking fifth among Patek Philippe’s most intricate creations, trailing just behind the Grandmaster Chime ref. 5175, the Sky Moon Tourbillon ref. 5002, the Triple Complication ref. 5208, and ref. 5207. It is a distinguished member of the «Grand Complication» series, showcasing the pinnacle of watchmaking excellence.

This particular model features a platinum case and is powered by the manual-winding caliber R TO 27 PS QR LU, encapsulating the essence of a sophisticated wristwatch. Among its notable functionalities are a minute repeater on two steel gongs, a semi-instantaneous perpetual calendar, a retrograde date display, day and month indicators, a leap year cycle every four years, and moon phase tracking.
