Made in 1939, this gorgeous case design is one of the greatest creations by Patek Philippe. One of the only seven pieces known in pink gold and often found with subsidiary seconds rather than centerseconds and with its matching pink gold two-tone dial as confirmed by the extract makes it the first ever piece of its kind to appear at auction.
