Very fine and rare, center seconds, self-winding, platinum wristwatch with perpetual calendar, retrograde date, aperture for leap-year indication at 12, aperture for days of the week at 9, aperture for months at 3, moon phases and a platinum Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe fitted box, Certificate of Origin, solid platinum case back, setting pin, hangtag, and booklets with leather folder.

Three-body, solid, polished, concave bezel, concave lugs, case band set with a Top-Wesselton diamond at 6, transparent snap-on case back, sapphire crystals. Satin bronze with applied white gold faceted baton indexes, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the moon phases and the leap year, retrograde sector for the date. White gold dauphine hands.
