PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 570 OVERSIZED WHITE GOLD Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 710656, case No. 314062, Ref. 570. Sold July 2nd, 1963. Very fine and rare, large, 18K white gold wristwatch with indirect center-seconds and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a later Patek Philippe box, extract from the archives and service invoice from Beyer dated 2004.
Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. Matte silver with applied white gold faceted baton indexes, outer engraved dot minute/seconds divisions. White gold dauphine hands. Cal. 27 SC, rhodium-plated, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and to five positions, self compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator, shock absorber.
