Reference 5951 was launched at the Basel Fair2010 with an exclusive first year offering with red accents to the dial and baton indexes. Itsspecially designed movement is based on caliberCHR 27-525 PS, known for its thinnest column-wheel controlled split seconds chronograph movement at the time, creating the thinnest rattrapante chronograph with perpetual calendar ever crafted by Patek Philippe. The extremely complex caliber CHR 27-525 PS Q is uniquely hand-crafted, one-by-one. The dial
portrays a good balance of sporty and contemporary design which is somewhat non-traditional to Patek Philippe watches.
