Very fine and rare. self-winding, water-resistant, platinum and 36 baguette sapphire wristwatch with round button Flyback chronograph, combined 30/60-minute and 12-hour totalizer, annual calendar, power reserve, day/night indications and a platinum Patek Philippe deployant clasp with 22 baguette sapphire .

Two-body, solid, polished, bezel set with 36 baguette sapphire and concave lugs, Top Wesselton diamond set between the lugs at 6, correctors in the band, screw-down transparent case back, sapphire crystals. Black with applied baguette sapphire indexes indexes and outer minute and 1/5th seconds divisions, guilloche black subsidiary dials for the combined 30/60-minute and 12-hour totalizer, sector for the power-reserve indication, apertures for the days of the week, the date, the months and the day/ night indication. White gold luminous feuille hands. Cal.
