Notes

In 2014, Patek Philippe celebrated its 175th anniversary. Being the oldest Swiss watchmaking manufacturer with a continuous history, the brand pays tribute to this celebration to launch the limited edition multi-scale timekeeping instrument. Reference 5975 was crafted in four precious metals — yellow gold, pink gold, white gold and platinum. Produced in 100 pieces, the platinum variant is the rarest of all four materials.

This lot is finished in a refined black lacquered dial, encircled by three unusual scale indications that provide instant measurements: a telemeter for distances, a pulsometer for heartbeats, and a tachymeter for speed. It is powered by a highly respected Patek Philippe sealed with an in-house self-winding caliber CH28-520 which enables 50 hours of power reserve. Thechronograph features a column-wheel with vertical clutch allowing for the chronograph to function without disruption ontimekeeping and measurement accuracy.
