Very fine and rare 18K pink gold wristwatch with square- button chronograph, tachometer, telemeter, pulsometer and an 18K pink gold deployant clasp engraved: "Patek Philippe 1839 - 2014." Accompanied by a fitted box, Certificate of Origin, Attestation, Anniversary Medal and booklets.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, fluted lugs, snap-on back engraved: Patek Philippe, Genève, 175th Anniversaire, 1839 - 2014. Matte silver with applied rose gold faceted baton indexes, outer 1/5th seconds track, telemeter and pulsometer scales, concentric spiral tachometer scale. Rose gold dauphine hands. Cal. CH 28-520, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, 21K gold rotor with oil-free ball bearing and zirconium balls.
