Notes

DIM. 25 x 25 mm. THICKNESS 7 mm. The concept of the driverâ??s watch was to allow an easy and quick access to time without having to lift your arm off the steering wheel. This forced the designers to be imaginative and create cases that had a beautiful curve to perfectly fit the side of the wrist. The more common references by Patek Philippe are the references 139 and 524, but this is the first example of the reference 598 to appear at auction. A beautiful clean hallmark to the side of the case and the much rarer pink gold case complete this new discovery.
