Reference 6000 was firstly launched in 2005, in white gold with a black dial, and soon became an iconic design with its off-centered second subdial and the date pointer hand. The pink gold version with brown dial, which is the current example, was introduced to the market in 2011. In 2017, twelve Year s after launch, all references under the 6000 series were discontinued, and succeeded by the 6006G series.
