With a design very similar to the "Ricochet" Patek Philippe pocket watch designed by Gilbert Albert, this reference 783 is very elegant with its rope design case. According to our research, in the past 20 years there have only been 5 examples to have appeared on the market and this is the only rose gold example so far.
