The Extract from the Archives, dated January 25, 2018, mentioned that this watch was sold on December 21, 1959. Patek Philippe, Reference 783 With a design very similar to the "Ricochet" Patek Philippe dress-watch designed by Gilbert Albert, the reference 783 is very elegant with its rope design case. According to our researches, in the past 20 years there have only been 5 examples to have appeared on the international auction market and this is the only rose gold example so far.
