Unique and exceptional, 18K yellow gold, keyless dress watch with polychrome painted on enamel miniature "Guerre Des Souabes" signed M. Bischoff. Two-body, bassine, polished curved bezel, U-shaped bow, the back with a finely painted on enamel "Guerre Des Souabes" by M. Bischoff, depicting the shepherd with Pan in an Arcadian landscape. Matte silver with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Cal. 17-170, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.

Her scrupulous attention to detail and long experience of the technique of painting on enamel has made her work perhaps the most desirable for Patek Philippe watches. Each of the watches painted by Suzanne Rohr was made as a unique piece. MADAME. BISCHOFF Along with Suzanne Rohr and L. Pellarin- LeRoy, Madame Bischoff was one of the very few enamellists capable of producing such exquisite work for Patek Philippe. Her scrupulous attention to detail and long experience of the technique of painting on enamel could perhaps be said to have reached its zenith in the creation of the present watch.
