Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold, skeletonized, keyless dress watch. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box and Certificate of Origin.

Three-body, solid, "bassine et filets", glazed on both sides, case band and bezels hand-engraved with scrolls, crown set with a cabochon ruby. Black oxidized gold feuille hands. Cal. 17-170, gilt brass, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
