Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold, skeletonized, keyless dress watch. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box, Certificate of Origin, Patek Philippe pouch, cord fob and hang tag.

Three-body, solid, "bassine et filets", glazed on both sides, case band and bezels hand-engraved with scrolls, crown set with a cabochon ruby. Black oxidized gold feuille hands. Cal. 17-170, gilt brass, skeletonized and hand-engraved, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
