Patek Philippe, Geneve, No. 843717, case No. 686813, Ref. 1189. Made in the 1950s. Very fine and rare, rectangular, 18K yellow gold and diamonds lady's wristwatch with an integrated and linen-textured 18K yellow gold bracelet.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and textured, extended lugs set on each side with 9 ?baguette? and 1 ?pear?-shaped diamonds, ?bombé? crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and round indexes. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 5 x 10???, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 13 x 25 mm. Thickness 9 mm. Bracelet measuring approx. 160 mm.
