Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 868204, case No. 664228, Ref. 130, sold on the 26.6.1952. 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer.

D. mat silver with applied gold Arabic numerals and indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minute register dials, outer graduations for the minutes, the seconds and the tachometer. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13', rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 33 mm.
