Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 862844, case No. 628891, Ref. 130, sold on the 28.8.1942. Fine 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer.

D. mat silver with applied gold Breguet numerals + auxiliary 30 minutes register and seconds dials, concentric graduation for the minutes, the seconds and the tachometer. "Spade" gold hands. M. 13', rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 33 mm.
