patek philippe Yellow Gold , Ref. 130 Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 863296, case No. 635234, Ref. 130. Made in 1943, sold on January 4th, 1947. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold woven bracelet. Accompanied by fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave bezel, downturned lugs, snap-on back engraved with ?Souvenir Des Papeteries LUX a Victor Grosjean-1927-1955?. D. Silver with applied yellow gold dot indexes and Arabic 12 and 6, outer black minute/seconds and 1/5th seconds track, outermost tachometer scale, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 13''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to eight positions, self-compensating steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 12 mm. Approx. overall length 170 mm.
