Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 863057, case No. 646703, Ref. 1436, circa 1945. Very fine and extremely rare, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with square button split-second chronograph and register.

C. massive, polished. D. mat silver, with painted Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13? rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 33 mm.
