Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 868984, case No. 2616382, Ref. 1436, sold on the 1.7.1960. Extremely rare and fine 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with split-seconds chronograph, register and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel, three-function winding-crown for the chronograph. D. mat silver with applied gold Arabic numerals and indexes + auxiliary 30 minutes register and seconds dials, concentric graduation for the minutes and the tachometer. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13', rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator, visible splitseconds system. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 33 mm.
