Exceptional and extremely rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button split-second chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. C. three-body, solid, polished, concave bezel and lugs. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, auxiliary second- and 30 minute- register dials, outer 1/5th second scale. Yellow gold "Feuille" hands. M. Cal. 13-130, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, 8 adjustments, self-compensating flat balance-spring, micrometric regulator, the winding-crown is for stop and reunite of the split-second hand.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 33 mm.
