Yellow Gold Ref. 1446 Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, No. 829928, case No. 620789, Ref. 1446. Made in 1940, sold on August 7, 1940. Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with pyramidal indexes and unusual lugs. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, polished, flat band, straight lugs with outset horizontal bar. D. Brushed gold with applied yellow gold pyramidal indexes and Roman quarter-hour numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold baton hands. M. 12''', rhodiumplated, 18 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
