Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 837438, case No. 659348, Ref. 1450. Production of this reference started in 1940. Very fine, rectangular "bombé" 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.

C. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, hooded lugs, "bombé" crystal. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold bâton and dot indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. "Bâton" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. 9'''-90, tonneau, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed. Dim. 25 x 36 mm.
