Very fine and rare, square, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.

Cal. 10?'', rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 26 x 26 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
