Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman,s wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold heavy Patek Philippe bracelet "a petites mailles". Accompanied by the "Extract from the Archives".

Cal. 13-130, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 35 mm.
